How I work

My role as a counsellor is to provide you with a safe, understanding, non-judgmental and confidential space in which you feel able to explore whatever may be troubling you.

During our time together we will move at your pace to unravel your thoughts, feelings and beliefs to help achieve some clarity in understanding of how your past and current experiences are impacting you, enabling you to break free from negative thoughts and behaviours which can empower you to have the future you want and deserve.

Counselling could be your gift to yourself - help you to live a more balanced and fulfilling life – you’re worth it.

I welcome referrals from health providers, EAP, insurance companies, schools and of course, self-referrals.
